Our Mission

Project52 exists to make small but frequent tasks effortless. We believe that preparing a PDF for submission, adjusting an image for upload, cleaning copied text, or inspecting a technical value should not require installing software, creating accounts, or navigating confusing interfaces. Our mission is to provide a reliable collection of tools that just work — fast, private, and accessible from any device with a web browser.

What We Build

Project52 is a web-based collection of over 30 practical utilities organized into five categories:

• PDF Tools — Merge, split, compress, reorder, and convert PDFs. Useful for document submissions, file size reduction, and page management.
• Image Tools — Compress, resize, convert formats, remove EXIF metadata, and apply mosaic blur. Helpful for meeting upload requirements, preparing social media images, and protecting personal information in screenshots.
• Text Tools — Remove extra spaces and line breaks, convert case, count words and characters, compare two texts, and clean spreadsheet data. Essential for copy-paste workflows, content editing, and data preparation.
• Developer Tools — Format JSON, encode/decode Base64 and URLs, decode JWTs, parse cron expressions, generate UUIDs, and convert timestamps. Designed to speed up debugging and development workflows.
• Miscellaneous — Generate passwords, QR codes, convert colors, calculate dates, and preview URL metadata. Useful for everyday tasks in work and personal life.

How Our Tools Work

We prioritize client-side processing. The majority of our tools run entirely in your browser, meaning your files and data never leave your device. This approach provides better privacy and faster performance since there is no upload, server processing, or download step.

A small number of tools (such as PDF compression and URL preview) require server-side processing due to technical limitations. In these cases, uploaded files are processed immediately and automatically deleted within one hour. Each tool page clearly indicates whether it processes data on the client or server.

Our Approach

We aim to provide clear, page-level guidance so users can understand what each tool does, how to verify results, and what to be careful about before sharing or submitting files. Every tool page includes:

• A description of why the tool is useful and when to use it.
• Step-by-step instructions for getting the best results.
• Real-world examples showing practical applications.
• A FAQ section addressing common questions and edge cases.
• Related tool suggestions for complementary workflows.

Bilingual Support

All tools and content are available in both English and Korean (한국어). Use the language switcher in the header to switch between languages while staying on the same page.

Free to Use

All tools on Project52 are free to use with no signup required. We sustain the service through non-intrusive advertisements. Your feedback helps us improve — we read every message and prioritize bug fixes and feature requests from real users.
